Your project data is stored in the EU, encrypted and handled in a GDPR-compliant way.
Models stored in Europe
Your models, check results and backups are stored in Google Cloud data centres in Frankfurt, Germany. Stored data is not moved out of the EU.
GDPR-compliant
We process your project data in line with the GDPR, only on your behalf and only to provide the service. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every connection uses HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or 1.3. Files, databases and backups are encrypted at rest.
Your project knowledge stays yours
The project knowledge base is optional and off by default. When your admin turns it on, your team's confirmed decisions stay in your projects, and you can reuse them in your other projects. You keep full control and can delete this knowledge at any time.
Private projects, clear roles
Only invited members can see a project. Admins decide who can view or edit. Share links are off by default.
Delete your data anytime
Admins can delete models or whole projects at any time. Backup copies are deleted automatically after their retention period.
